Fee: $2,600 per team 

**Each team comprises 4 teammates. One of them must be a visually impaired bowler (to be assigned by HKBSF)**

Remarks:

• The maximum number of teams is 58.
• Entries are subject to first-come-first-served basis.
• Recommend to reuse the T-shirt from last year
